Location: The Zula Den - 4011 W Jefferson Blvd, Los Angeles

Most men don’t talk about the stuff that actually matters. We ignore the stress, the loneliness, or the sense that no one really gets it. You might be burned out, going through a breakup, or just craving real connection in a world that tells men to "figure it out alone." This is a space for men to show up as they are: to be heard, to listen, and to remember they’re not the only one. No fixes or pressure, just brotherhood and support.

Join a circle of men who get it.

The first 10 sign-ups get a free 30-minute coaching call to dive deeper into what’s holding you back.

What to Expect

  • We’ll gather and set the ground rules: confidentiality, consideration, and support. In this space we only offer what is asked for, it’s about helping and not challenging.

  • To help us settle into the environment and shake off the day we’ll do a brief breathing or movement exercise.

  • This is your chance to share or give support. Each man in the group will have a chance to share what’s on his mind. Some will have the opportunity to go deep and get the full attention of everyone in the group.

  • At the end of the evening we take a brief moment to thank one another, make any announcements, and exchange information before we leave by 1030pm.

Past Attendee Reviews

I’ve been a part of a men’s group led by Keith for about five years. Keith is emotionally intelligent and empathic. He creates a supportive container that encourages men to explore their edge. I would recommend his work to anyone looking for a men’s group that encourages growth, emotional exploration and connection.

I am part of one of Keith’s groups for two years and find Keith is the rock of the group. He is thoughtful, non-judgmental, super smart, and always has something illuminating to say about my shares. He is exactly the kind of person a men’s group needs to flourish.

Going to this men’s group helped me start a new chapter. After my divorce I and needed to connect with people who didn’t know my ex. Getting support from guys who understood made all the difference! Now my life is 100x better and I’ve got a place to go for support any time I need it.

About Keith

I spent years searching for the kind of brotherhood most men crave but rarely find, so I built it myself. After a bad breakup I found myself isolated and knew my life needed changing. Joining a men’s group changed my life so I’ve spent the last five years leading circles where men can show up as they are.

These are spaces to be heard, not fixed. As a certified communication coach, I help men turn conflict into connection, using compassion to uncover the unmet needs beneath every struggle. My work is for those who refuse to settle for surface-level bonds and are ready for real talk, real support, and real change.
